I gave them plenty of chances to sort mine, but didnt want to be arsey with them. I did keep saying I hate to keep complaining but I want my car as it was when I purchased it! They didnt argue when I showed them mine compared to the new one. I did struggle to not go mad to be honest, but...

I leave all my stuff in the car, Oakley and Gucci shades, CDs etc. I shouldnt really as I know someone who had a load of stuff taken from her car when it was serviced.

Ive always been really impressed with mine. I found the brakes on my 172 faded with hard road driving, the 182 didnt fade once around Spa and that was a lot harder. They grind a bit when cold though. Apparently they are fine according to my dealer.

I paid £180 something and that was good compared to the £225 others quoted me.

The third pic is mine when I got it. Even then its lower than the one in the showroom was. But then mine never hit the surround which I know some do.

Few reasons why I wont buy a new one. Insurance, my arse is sore enough as it is with 6 points. Cost, just done the 12k service and need 2 new front tyres after Brands. Noise, I like it quiet, Im getting old. And Im swapping the car later this year so it would be money down the drain.

As Im sure a lot of you are aware, not only through my posts but your own experiences, the 182 exhaust is pretty much a POS. I wont bore you with the details again, but once again mine has been in today to be re sealed as the original fix was blowing, and re fitted as it wasnt fitting...

Thats the problem, it would cost me a tank of petrol to get there. Im in Birmingham, and Im very lazy. :oops:

It needs to be booked in to your dealer. To fix it they replace the stalk, which takes 2 hours as the bumper has to come off. Mine went in for it today but since its stopped leaking over the last two weeks I told them to leave it and sort the exhaust out.

Ive just called a lot of places for quotes. The best I got was £108.99 all in.

Ill be wanting them fitted too, its not easy to find a garage wholl fit tyres you didnt buy from them.
