FAO Daniel - 321 good ponies!

Good price. But it's an evo, so doubtful it's putting out 321bhp!

    172 To Mk2 V6...

I'd disagree. I'll never own a vee, but I can't think of anything as special in the same price bracket. An E46 M3 is vastly more capable and rounded, but most of the time (like the m5) it just feels like an ordinary BMW with a slightly worse ride. The Vee never feels ordinary!

    iOS "must have" apps

Re: iPhone "must have" apps? Downloaded F1. Not a fan so far. The steering and graphics are so clumsy compared to real racing.

    172 To Mk2 V6...

    If going for a silly 2nd car, £15k-ish, there's better options imo. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1393567.htm SC 6l V8.

Fitting Sabelt Wheel, Any Help ?

The airbag plug. Ditto the seats. If you need help give me a shout, Redditch ain't far for me. Edit: 182's have 2 airbag plugs for the steering wheel, so you'll need 2 resistors.

BTB 172 stealth... mmm, yes please!

There's 2 different ph1 exhaust fitments. Single and twin sensor cat. Iirc, the twin sensor is the same length/fit as the ph2 exhaust.

    Girls car? (mr2)

IIRC there was a mid-life suspension update that made them less snappy as well.

    Girls car? (mr2)

Pm Waitey. He sent me a link for a great spec MX5, Turbo etc sub5k.

    Girls car? (mr2)

MX5 is the better car for me. The MR2 handles well, but it's far more snappy than the mx5. Turbo MX5, learn how to do big skids, not going to get that with the MR2.

    R27 update

Not a fan tbh. The bonnet looks wrong, it's too small on the 197's. And the wheels are nice, but don't suit the car.

    New 911 turbo 0-60 by Chris Harris(EVO)

Think people are reading too much into it, he was merely exhibiting the progress made. You could do exactly the same in a GTR, does that make the GTR a cruiser?

    Wow... V6 Imagery

The only colour I'd have tbh. Looks incredible clean.
  29. ForceIndia

    oh yes.

Tis nice, but too expensive by a margin. Before the fanboys start, yes I know how respected Mugen is etc. But regardless of the fancy names and stickers, it's still a fwd Honda. A 4cyl Honda. I could never pick one over an RS4.

    Clio 182 Trophy, advice please.

Same basic checks as any 1*2 tbh. I'd drive the mintest one you can before buying, so you know how it should feel. If you'll be regularly tracking, I'd get a 182/172. Overall, Trophy is the best standard road car I've owned.
