Easiest way of doing it would be to just filter by contains.
You could split it all out using text to columns. Then sort by surname.

Worst case, you'll have to loosen the top of the grille, whip the slam panel top bolts out to give you enough of a gap.

That doesn't sound like a dephaser to me, but it does sound abnormal.
Would help to rule it out if you can take another video of when the engine's warm. Then rev it a few times. You can do this by using your hand to manually open the throttle body.

For info, you can get the box out the top. Much easier than removing the subframe. I don't even remove the exhaust mani when doing it.
