The group buy thats being sorted makes the AST's the same price (fitted) as the H&R's. Anyone that wants to have a go with my AST's is welcome. Mine run softer springs than Dans, the ride is pretty close to standard, but the handling is very different!!

Ali=baw bag. I'd love to try some H&R's, compare to my AST's. So difficult to compare though, set up makes such a difference. You could try some decent coilovers with a set-up you don't like, and hate them!

Try the ast's too. Well made, adjustable, group buy being sorted at the moment. Unlike all the others mentioned they have a rear coilover as well.

IIRC they were re-valved as well. Not the standard AST kit. If it's purely for track, the full cup set up is the way to go. The AST's are good, but (I think) FMP had his made to be as close to the cup set up as possible.

Re: Sky and Virgin settle dispute. I never had a problem with Virgin, went to Sky for the missing channels. TBH you could be unlucky with either, I'd go with the cheaper option for your area.
