all pretty even bh, on a straight you will be qucker than the vts/gti marginally.... the ctr, well i've had a few commings together and its nip and tuck in my 172 cup, really very very even upto a ton, then it may inch away

i have h&r's, i never used em in a track so i couldn't comment, but they are perfect for road use. have a look on yozzasport, they do bilstiens (SP) which are the dogs swingers, infact look at the group buy they have......

yep i was there also, though not in my cup as i don't think i'd get to park as its far too low lol!
saw verious rs's in the carpark, saw maz's and the cup, the above 172 with dark turinis whilst i was getting an icecream lol!. had a good walk round, also got sun burnt, but never saw the sun...
edit just seen you need a back box too, you'll be better off with a stealth as mentioned above, or a magnex, if you still have the cat these aren't too noisy
a centre section from reno is £280.... i got one last november, if the backbox is ok, you need a sleave to connect it to the centre section, these are £18
on my old punto gt, if you disconnected the vac pipe to it, it stopped, some guys just bunged them up, but i thought that might be too much lol and left mine connected
i'd imagine its just the solinoid getting noisy, it can hardly be heard outside the car, doesn't bother me
if the tapping on idle dissapears onced revved to about 3-4k.... then comes back after a min or so its the caharcoal canistor solinoid... its to do with fuel vapours
agree totally, but i'd be very suprised if a quailty exhauxst system made anymore than around 5 hp on a N/A engine, and when some of these systems nearly come in at 1k, thats alot of $$ for not much gain

the phase 2 172 and 182 have the same drive train gearbox etc, the only noticible difference is the exhaust system, (better manifold+twin pipes) and if you get a cup packed 182, (anthricite wheels)you get same track width as a 172 cup... the interior of a 182 is the same (different cloth) as a...
i'd wait, i've de-catted mine on the cup, mine probably a wee bit too loud now, but it revs better, so its a mall price to pay. If you get yours louder now, you may regrett it two months down the line imo
aye, not got one on mine, but the guy i know who has, is a very good mechanic, so the fitting to the car wouldn't be the problem

ask for that, iits the pro speed with single box, very tidy looks p**n. I have a 172 cup and drove 3.5 hrs to have mine fitted (cut into bumper job) sounds mint, had no problems and its been on sice jan
