i put the pro line on and the rear sat the same height as the o.e set up......... it stiffens up the ride nicely though, so if your not fussed about the drop, thats the set up for you
i opted for some coilovers in the end as i wanted a nice drop too, but this would have wrecked the reno dampers
i had a bump in sept too, and also had this concern, but mine came back with one fitted (cool as the original had a big crack in it!)
i was gonna march to the dealers with a reno booklet of the cup!
skip browns are legends in the pug world.... a41 to broxon roundabout.... turn right (heading for nantwich) follow that road all the way (about 6 miles) to the a49 and its on the right!!!!!
yeah, i'd much rather go to a specialist, not just any genereal place..... if only skip browns (pug tuners) touched reno's.... only ten mins up the road LOL
is there any good reno tuners (like gdi etc) round the north west?
i want some cams fitting and some mapping etc to suit in the next few months, but everyone is too far away :dapprove:
cheers
the h&rs are awsome, i have some on my cup, they are non adjustable, but they are set up perfect. Also remember to gat some camber correction bolts fitted once its been dropped.... then gat it all set up properly (camber+tracking etc)
with a non cupped version i'm 99.9% sure you can fit 172 suspension, i've got h&R on my cup and they are awsome!! I used to have gaz units but imo they were shite, (a few other members agree too) so sold them, the difference in refinement is like night and day don't get gaz....... EVER
