it should be ok just to cable tie to the bottom of the seat, dont think it'l bring on the light. If it does just cable tie the switch in the closed position!

The connector on the right looks like the seat position sensor... should be ok to just cable tie it under the new seat

The best stuff ive found to use is the ixtar wheel cleaner from renault, its evil stuff. Bout £20 for 5 litres iirc.

I bought mine unused £400 the pair.. but theyre immaculate. Interested in the frames.. if you put em on ebay pm me the item number

The dephaser pulley you mean! If your lucky it might just be a noisey hydraulic lifter.. big-ish job to change but wont cost to much. I had a similar noise but it turned out the cam journals were scored and it scraped the head.

The power pack under the headlight always get water damaged, bout £150 a side to fix

Yes its just the bolt spacing on the hubs thats the problem..aslong as u gettin 182 cup suspension it should fit on a 182

172 ff - 172 cup = the same 182 ff - 182 cup = the same i think

How does rstuner compare to paying £400 for a remap from ktec / rstuning?? much difference?

The ECU cover rubs through on the wiring loom..causes alll sorts of problems...EML light on, power loss etc. Also worth checking are the 3 black relays in the engine bay fusebox.. starter relay, injection computer supply relay and cant remember the other 1. Theyre quite common for corrosion on...

Have you checked the engine wiring loom for chaffing on the ECU cover??

The not starting part sounds like a poss faulty TDC sensor / poor connection... never experienced it causing it to rev up tho.
