    13.3 is mega high. surely that's the kind of thing that'd need direct injection to avoid det at reasonable ignition advance.

    you'll find that's a common problem and as a result many 182 manifolds have a big fat dent there.

    no special tools required. Subframe has to be dropped. It can be done in a day. Do the clutch while your there. There is a guide in the guides section. it's quite old (so page 3 or something)

    yes, valvers williams and R19s should all have them as standard iirc. Reduces the stress concentration. The plate sits on top of the wishbone.

    230 is a lot to ask from a N/A F4R. You'd need ITBs (individual throttle bodies) and fairly lairy cams. If your looking for 250 with loads of torque, you'll need a turbo conversion. Expect to pay £6k, and also I'd upgrade the crappy T25/8 that they give you to a proper GT28 turbo

    best bang for buck is AWT inlets. and cams can idle fine as said.
