Can I make a prediction: I reckon that the exhaust is fairly subtle, it's not on standard induction. Probably a cone filter like a pipercross or K&N. Am i right?

The intake manifold? Don't think that's worth using a heat shield on tbh. setup looks pretty good as it is IMO. Even the 90 degree bend isnt that brutal.

valver boxes are largely the same as the williams boxes. The williams are stronger and have a longer 5th (maybe a longer 4th too). This is due to the F7R williams being longer stroked (giving the extra displacement) so it's not as revvy. williams boxes are regarded as the better longer lasting...

thats true. But the 172 is a tiny bit faster, faster still in cup and Ph1 forms, and convincingly quicker in "markcup" form (i reckon ;))
