haha no probs. went johnspeeds today to take an mx5 for a MOT. speaking to them about your car, aperntly they had your front bumper off to put the adjuster back in your headlight properly. carl was being a mardy sod about it and the other guy opted to do your shocks FLOL
i dont exactly know what the egr tels the ecu, other than it supposedly making the car more eviro friendly by letting amounts of gases back in until WOT which it shuts off the exhaust gas bit. they are usless tbh, known so many people complain from bad idle and lag serge from stand stils.

ah right, keep an eye on the pipe , some of us have had them blow off with pressure from blocking.
have you found a way of mappin out the egr all together, i still have mine plugged in to stop the dash lights :(

what boost you running at now? :)
also the egr delete, did you do it the way everyone does and blanks the collector pipe and bridge the boost pipes or weld the manifold hole and connect the pipes together?
what michael said, altho if its a 65, make sure you be more carfull as to what you mod the engine with. it comes with no intercooler stock, and has the basic injectors and a not soo boost happy turbo.
dci 80's have coolers and better injectors and a better turbo
dci 100's have the best of all...
gasket set
head bolts set
cambelt kit ( belt and tensioners and bolts )
dephaser + water pump, imo its worth doing these for the sake of them failing further down the line
aux belt kit ( belt and tensioner )
spark plugs (proper quality ones, cheapo's will fail )
oh and if they're rebuilding...

yeah was a right pain to get it all out in one. ended up taking half of the dash out to unplug the ecu.. -_-

lol reminds me having to drill out the lower strut bolt holes on my car as they are aftermarket and didnt match the hub holes.....
if its ' made ' to a certain model spec, why cant they get things like washer, bolt hole diameters right....
yes lol, it sounded awsome tbh. the guy said take the back boxes out aswell so all it is now is subaru noises and turbo whistle. im suprised tbh .... for a jag derv.
