mettailic build up. applied to much heavy coats which then makes the tinny metal particals build up making it more lighter and crap.
what he said above is about top notch!
PM TonkaTruck, he's done his easy enough whilst in the bay.
iv only ever done them outside the bay. locking tools are fairly cheap , way cheaper than F4R ones !
cambelt- aux= tensioner ( if its done looner miles ) service kit, i would say 200 all in or a tad more
until you start going do the fuel system route- OUCH.
get the cam belt done!, iv had to rebuild a head on a kangoo dci as the belt gave way, made a complete mess to the extent of smashing the injector tips up . easy to do yourself tbh!

First attempt I was to heavy handed and broke a corner off lol
JP racing in denmArk can forge a 2.o tdi to 320 bhp. With hydrid turbos and better bottom ends. Only thing I don't like is they use dua
Mass flywheels :(

I only thought drum brakes had cables lol
Such an amature ( sp ) :o
in theory as im still thinking of a meg dci 175 conversion. im sure the engine is an M9R , found in allot of other models in renaults range, so surely you pick up an engine and rebuild to the rs dci 175 spec. or go overboard and take it up a notch , hybrid turbo, iNJECTORS - if they arnt friggin...
