There is a guide on here for the bumper mod. I didnt follow that as i tried to make it fit without cutting or filling the bumper. Only problem with the way i have done it, it makes the car look like its been shunted forcing the whole subframe and wheels backwards as the arch doesnt arc...

ooopps :o to fast typing lol yeah most threads on there have all the popular mods for making a dci 65 like an 80 and then mapped to 100hp or over. focus tdci mk1/ mk2 intercooler fits the dci bay nicely ! ;)

dci 80 intercooler and remap will be great for you. have a look on cliodci.net plenty of remapped and modified dci's on there :)

Always one that has to correct others..... Just ring up your insurance group, ask them how much more for a remapped ecu. Then go on from there
