Thanks Again
Chaps,
I dropped my phone in a bucket of water on Friday, it's been in the airing cupboard since..
I turned it on yesterday, & all seems fine other than the phone doesn't seem to be able to connect to o2. I have checked the sim in the misses's 5 & it's fine, any idea's?
I'm aware it's likely...
I'd love to see how accurate the MPG is on the 200's tho, because IMO the MPG doesn't stack up to the range I get to a tank. I have a feeling it reads worse than it is, not sure by how much tho.
I've had work carried out under warranty on my 200 which has exhaust mods.
The dealer know it as well. Pretty sure they'll only void the warranty of the parts that would be effected by your mod.
The fact is with regards to engine tuning, you'd have to spend a fortune to make any 'real' gains. Cams etc won't give you a lot in an already highly strung motor.
If you want big power, you have the wrong car, that isn't what the clio's are about. Alternatively you can Turbo/supercharge them...
The stereo i have no idea about at all ! Is it still in warranty!?
The oil level gauge isn't all that accurate, it may be that the sensor is picking up a lower reading when the oil is in the sump than when it's been run up (highly likely). Check the oil on your dip stick.
I think because of the finance options were competitive a lot of people went for boggy standards. Not that there's anything wrong with the basic car, but that's mostly all I see for sale.
