If you have to reseat the heat sink make sure you renew the paste too ! it's pretty cheap and it can make a noticeable difference.

wowser ! When I took the PH1 dials out last i'm sure the motor behind the needles stop you moving them any further than minimum so perhaps the motors need spinning on the back of the dials ?

As entertaining as that was, it was a little painful to watch - that thing has to be knackered now surely.
