Didn't say they were no good from cold. I said they don't like the cold/wet conditions.
I use them all year round and they are very good, but i wouldn't recommend it as they can fall apart in winter.
Wouldn't use Carbon Lorraine's for road, they don't like cold and wet conditions.
Stick with Ferodo or Mintex. You could swap to CL's for the track day though.
Reversing it wouldn't work i doubt, it'd just be the same as driving it on forwards but the front wheels catch at the rear of the trailer.
Plus you affect the nose weight for towing and all sorts.
1 blink is doors, boot, bonnet have been openend or a dodgey sensor on one of them.
3 blinks is interior sensors.
There are more, but most aren't relevant in this case really unless it's 7 blinks, then that means the alarm itself is fucked.
