Because it removes everything from the shell. All the glue, bonding agents, sound proofing the lot. All the under seal is removed from areas inside the sills and box sections.
A few tacks are needed in the doors as you can feel the skin moving on the frame because all the bonding has gone...

Cage is going in but custom cages made some of the bars 20mm too short and that has set us back a week :mad: Its booked in for paint next Monday then a full dry build can commence, the lads were cutting the panels for the aero catches when I was there today...
If it was me, I'd go sit in their office until someone sees you and then invoice them for the time off work you had to take.

One D is the best IMO has the Cooper S hydraulic steering and 6 speed box.
Standard cooper steering and box are nowhere near as nice.
