After a while they dont hold much charge, this could be the problem.

Spot on sounds like the battery. This exact same thing happened to mine last week after being sat standing. New battery, problem solved mark.

Just keep the revs as low as possible through the gears and you'll save fuel. Problem is with it being a 1.2 you need to rev it a bit to get it going at a decent pace.

Fixed! Dodgy loose coil and new battery as it sent this one flat.

It wont pass as the abs was fitted from factory, but now isnt. This is why some cups fail, as the brackets are in place, but no brake bias system is fitted, so the mot centre thinks it should have one. Guessing the other members with conversions kept the abs fred?

Why? As soon as you carry a passenger/ eat too much at christmas all that hard work is undone. Agree that its worth spending money on set-up though.
