Update.
Well this thing flew though its M.O.T a while back and it was taxed for 6 months. I decided to fully poly bush the ARB anyway and the links front and rear for piece of mind.
I put together a parts list for a full service (engine, box and diff) now that this is my only car over the...
Shameless plug.
i'll even throw in a new bottle of loctite stud lock too ;)

^^^^ On that note, people on here especially drive the price of cars down and the price of mods up. I have noticed a lot on here compare the price of cars against the mods they're doing, I guess its the type of person that buys a Clio, other higher level cars people just fit parts as they have a...
Just payed £350 for parts alone + £50 for tools to do my timing belt on the Jeep :(.... Clio's are cheap for everything in comparison.
The only thing that's arguably more on a Clio is the diffs, everything else is much the same as other hatchbacks of the same era if your talking tuning parts...
I'm just thinking for ease of bolting the pump to the block if there is a higher capacity engine with the same or similar block , search around for a bigger K block.
am I making up a Renault 1.7 Diesel engine?
What higher capacity DCI can you get that uses the same block? I don't know my Renault diesels, I tried to stay away from them, they were a good part of the reason why I used to hate Renaults.
I have fixed far too many Kangoo , Master, Traffic (prima star, movano etc) so there fuel systems...
Missed those above posts while writing this.
Well if the pump is the bottle neck then you can look to upgrade but remember you need more air in an engine in order to add more fuel first. Is the DCI 100 pump at 100% when you map them?
Different pumps require different feed pressures, its they...
Read my post, I have no problem with tuning them, I like the idea. I said do the basics first instead of trying to get involved in fuel systems.
Metering valve as I said unless the dc100 pump is maxed out.
Have you fitted a bigger turbo, reduced the CP, big intercooler's etc as it doesn't say...
I just had a quick read through this, nice to see people tinkering with them but unless your running standalone you are barking up the wrong tree I would say, I can't see the pumps just swapping over.
I worked as a Diesel injection engineer in the past, not too much on the Delphi common rail...
You could fit the b14 inserts into cup racer struts but they are much too soft for a race car in spring and damping, a guy on here (mike iirc) uses that on his cup racer for rallying.
Cheers, my springs are still marked but I always forget to have a look. I just know they are stupidly stiff. Have you tried playing about spring poundages on the fixed rate dampers?
Were the last evo shocks not softer as well, for running on the Nurburgring or something.
NS??
First time seeing "the way things go"..... good but easy to do in comparison to "the cog", so many more variables when your not dealing with flammable's.
This has got to be a re post but a quick search brought up nothing.
Honda always do a great advert and this ones no different.

I'm not sure on total runner length but I want to stick 65mm angled spacers before the body's and then trumpet spacers behind the trumpet to essentially make them 145mm trumpets. Then there's the bodies length and the manifolds length.
That sort of length looks more a kin to S1600, S2000 or...
