yeah he was pushing as you can tell from the car, just before the top pic was taken the bonnet decided it did not like being attached to the car with duck tape lol.
The Proton does sound nice though
Here are a few photos from yesterdays rally at Epynt.
Weather was awesome and it was a good day except for two bad crashes that needed two air ambulances, I heard today from a customer at work that one was his mate in a Darrian and he had to be cut out and he has a lot of injuries but should be...
sorry for the crappy paint drawing but this is what I am planning on making.
it will be a Tube approx 400mm long with a 1/2 inch drive socket welded into the one end and the other end will be a piece of steel welded onto the tube with a bored out hole slightly larger than the ball joint housing...
It's normal mate once you have the bolts in and tightened them up they will pull themselves to the shape of the wheel arch (no welding needed on the rear arch mounting points)
you could put some gauges in the space of the headunit, a couple of people on here have done that,
putting electric window switches there is a good idea if you get it sorted do a guide as I looked at moving them but thought it was going to be a lot of hassle.
I left my door speakers in because I have got to drive it to the track, but if it was a track only (trailered car) I would remove everything stereo and all speakers it is not like you are going to listen to the radio while you are going round a track.
I have got some new track rod ends and bottom ball joints but thought while I am doing them may as well change the inner tie rod at the same time.
I have read it can be a pain to get to to undo it so I have decided to make a tool (like the ones that slide over the rod).
Does anyone know the...

I would like to use pull straps on my CF door cards but can not find any trim pieces for a reasonable price like the ones in the photos.
The CF ones are are £38 for just the trim bits and the plastic ones with the straps are near £70
streamline have a photo on their site with some silver...
Anyone used the sealey vacuum bleeder, I have a compressor so thought I may as well use it rather than get the easy bleed kit and mess about with trying to get a seal on the cap.
I found one the other day for about £20 so just need to search for it again this is the one I was looking at...
a few updates fitted some aerocatches as I did not trust the standard bonnet catch also fitted my carbon rear door cards and fuel pump cover much better than a hole in the side of the car
I assume you mean the factory tint on the rears, if so Ford are normally pretty dark the one below limo tint.
I had my Focus ST windows done years ago at a place in Smethwick http://www.armourguardfilms.co.uk/
