are you talking about inner tie rods or the ends? I brought the ends (lemforder ones) and they were fine just brought genuine inner tie rods as that is where all the parts suppliers screw up.

Get the strut brace before fitting the top mounts as the holes have to be in a certain position, and yes it is a great piece of kit well worth the money.

If you have not got all the tar out I found WD40 good just sprayed it on and it wiped off with a cloth. Also spray the interior with rattle cans I did mine cost about £15 with paint and plastic sheets to cover the car and it is a very good finish and looks 100% better.

It is worth trying the Cooksports as if you don't like them they seem to sell for good money secondhand so you would not lose much on them.
