I've only ever used Plasticare. That comes from my 205 owning days where the arches and bumpers love to turn grey.
I even used it to dye grey dash plastics black as I couldn't source a decent black dash centre.
As im building another rally car, I am looking at using the Goodridge hardline fuel pipe in the car from the tank to the front bulkhead, then use braided fuel hose in the engine bay. Has anyone else done similar.
Not my cup that got smashed, twas my mate Scotts. He has now got my cup, although we are putting his engine, gearbox and brakes on it (he's basically bought my shell), and I have bought the Cup shell from Tom, aswell as an engine, rear beam etc and I am building my rally car out of that...

My Cup (shell - as I am keeping my engine, gearbox, brakes) has gone to Scott who binned his at Oulton the other week, and the Cup shell I collected on sunday won't be built up and ready until at least August.
It's even better when the army are on exercise at the same time, rallying over there with the sound of gunfire.
Came flying over one crest and a group of squaddies dived out of the way of the road.
I think the 5th gear can be got at by taking off the gearbox end plate, but it's probably a worn synchro so I'm not sure if that can be changed from the end plate.
