If you are only reading 2.1v under the bonnet from the power cable to your battery in the boot then the power cable or battery earth is the problem as the battery has the correct voltage.

When are you going to enter a sprint or something then?

Is it wrong for me to like those kind mercs? I borrowed an SLK for my 1st anniversary (years ago) and liked it even though it wasn't that quick, it just felt like a nice car. Totally impractical with 2 kids though. That does look mint though.

Re: Very annoyed - rebuilt whole suspension with new mounts and now I have a knock?! Try more washers on the top mounts to overtighten it.

Timed run. It started to dry out then rained again so I wasn't going to get a faster time so I was just messing about. I've handbraked it there loads of times just on this occasion when it was being filmed I flicked it in too fast and didn't get any traction to pull it round.

Cleaned the discs up again and fitted new pads and its still crap so its booked in tomorrow morning to have the discs skimmed on the car so that should sort it.

Looks good, I was thinking of doing a squares sticker pattern on mine in anthracite, but with my car it's as the saying goes - you cant polish a turf! Lol Unless I get big squares and pull them tight on the skin to hide the big dents.
