Massive pain in the arse.
I bought my Trophy back for £400ish. Near enough made it back through the dampers, but it was a massive hassle breaking it/selling the parts. If you have the time, you'd get a fair bit back in parts!
Really can't get used to how snappy counter steering is! Turned sim steering off and it feels numb.
More practice needed, I'm sure I'll get there but it feels worlds apart from FM4.
It's weird, I've not played forza, other than Horizon 2, since 4 and I really don't remember the sim steering being as unforgiving as it is here.
I'll probably end up trading Project Cars in for this tbh, PC is amazing but I really don't have the time to put in to it that it requires!
I tend to use the ball of my foot to brake and 'lean' the outside of my foot under the little toe to blip the throttle.
I've done it ever since I had a ZS at 19 to do it by habit now.
Footwear to me makes little to no odds IMO!
I wish I had the time to put into this that it deserves. Just did my first Calender race at Donny in the Clio's, absolutely brilliant. Had to concentrate so much more than I've had to in a racing game before, but it's so rewarding when you get it right. Managed to win both races on 100%...
