Omfg. Just drove the P30 LMP1 around Sakitto GP.
What an experience! Amazing car. Feels superb.

Yes, yes! That's exactly what I was doing. Just like I had planned it... LOL! I desperately want to put some serious time into this but I'm struggling for time at the moment. I also have the new Wolfenstein game to play, Destiny, Witcher 3 and Elite Dangerous. They might have to waitI see it as an effective way to heat the tyres fast
I seem to have lost 4th gear on a few cars now, especially for races at Oulton Park it would seem... frustrating!
Ah ok - cheers mateIts the gear ratios mate happened to me a few times. Basically 2/3rd both end up with the same ratio so you just have to slide gear 3 back across. I guess for you its the same just with 4th.
Does seem to be most common at oulton.
Blue flags clearly do not apply to AI drivers... Starting a hot lap for Qualy and cars come out of the pits, don't give way or any room... Trying to lap back markers and they will just react like they're racing you.
So much stuff needs sorting for the game it's a little bit rediculous
I'm playing the PC version but using an Xbox One controller... and I love it mate. I spent hours finding a set of controller values that got around the games issues but now I'm up and running it's great. There are now plenty of settings guides to take the hassle out of setting up the game pad. This game looks fantastic. Is it anygood using a pad though?
Sadly I don't think your CPU will be particularly strong with this game mate and you would definitely need to invest a chunk of money on a decent nVidia graphics card to get the best visuals and performance (AMD owners are suffering a bit with performance woes). This looks really good. I haven't bought a next gen console yet. Wondering if my PC would take it if I upgraded the graphics card - at the moment I have an AMD A8 6500 (3.5GHz quad) and 8GB RAM I think. Been out of the loop on PC hardware for a while!
Another day, another random video... this time in the RS1600 in Historic TC at Oulton. My first few attempts ended in complete failure; seems quite easy to roll this particular car when you get a slight bump from the computer AI-driven opponents...
Me too, mate!Took me by surprise. [emoji41]
The lotus f1 car is a monster! Talk about boost. You can turn boost right up in tuning so its over 1000bhp. The thing shift like a f**king rocket can barely control it. I was trying to get a good section of clean driving in last night to stick a video up but its too much with no traction control on. Try it lol.
I was playing this again last night and I'm a little miffed at things on it.
First of all, Ginetta G40 Donnington Park Sprint race... Fog and rain, regardless of whether the car had Wets on or Slicks it was like driving on ice. I qualified on pole finished 8th while trying to dance for 4 laps pretty f**king annoying really. Also I've noticed some cars just seem to have wets on as default, like the Aston Martin GT4 car (my new contract).
Another thing, Wet weather. They've gone to all this effort of making the rain look amazing then no decent effects for the track condition i.e. Wet track with a dry line.
AI's behaviour is bizzar, moves out of your way so much so they end up on the grass but then other times just totally punt you off the track. I've had the above happen in the Mk1 Escort also, you only have to touch the other cars and its ready to rock and roll over.
I do still love the game but the above are not excusable.
A dry line does appear on track once the rain eases off
There's some pretty awful issues hiding a decent game. Haven't touched it since doing the Tt.I was playing this again last night and I'm a little miffed at things on it.
