The charging loom goes alt - starter - battery and is not fused. Take all connections off your battery and check the voltage, should be around 12.5, if it's dropping the battery could be goosed! If its not draining disconnected then you could have a power drain somewhere or a earthing fault...

Power steering pump whine, quite alot of them seem to do it. ATF is power steering fluid, and should do, just check the level in the filler bottle and check pipes and connections for leaks

Could be a number of things, coil pack, plugs, leads, o2 sensors, best bet is to get a diagnostics on it before you start chucking money at it. Put the codes up you get on here and I'm sure most will be happy to help.

Bolt holes for the tops of the wings don't all line up, headlight bracket holes don't line up. A friend of mine has just done it.
