Just run it until it breaks. I sold a fully serviced engine for £350, after the service cost £600 odd quid. Guess it depends on how good your engine is. My Cup engines strong so want to look after it, if its average or a lemon. Run it until death.

I've got this cage. Rear seats can't be used and have to be removed, and you can't get in the glovebox.

The pure Motorsport ones actually attach to the topmounts and shock absorbers, so they do have a purpose unlike every other strut brace available on the MK2 Clio market.
