£600 mate
You tend to get good and bad ones (like F4R's) some go well, others a bit pants. Agree, I think the mk3 is just past the chavvy phase and now a bit cooler to be seen in
Wheels will be going at some point (Worth selling rather than keeping) and the skirts too, once i pull my...
I saw this on Ebay and fancied another VR6, so i made the guy a cheeky offer which was -not suprisingly - declined, I forgot about it. Anyhoo, I recieved a message from the chap last weekend offering me the car at said price as he had been messed about something rotten, so I am now the owner of...
Well yes they are not exactly going to just blow up.
But what long term effects has the cheap oil done? You simply won't know until later on in life but being cheaper oil it is bound to not have a good level of lubrication and protection as better oil.
Going on my own experiences I could...
With respect how can you say you can't see there is much between them? Unless that is your profession of course?
We all generally know very little about the chemical make up of oil, but I'll see if I can find the test I was on about, it explained quite well how cheap oils break down very...
Don't worry too much about price, try to look for reviews of each oil - you may find some that are cheap and are as good as slightly more expensive oils.
IMO I use ether based stuff, usually Titan pro s, much better than most on the market IMO - doesn't break down due to heat so is good in...
I'd be googling it, there is plenty on the internet that shows tests of different quality oil, how some break down at certain temps, how better quality oils last longer etc
It's the same situation as all products - you can buy an oven from some unknown make from the back arse of no where that meets basic specs but it won't be as good as a more expensive make.
You get what you pay for, I'd never skimp on oil
A k03s will run out of puff at circa 230ish bhp so yes a k03s will give 180bhp with ease and will spool up quicker than a k04.
Bear in mind they are different layouts so pipe work will need to be taken into consideration
Apparently from what I have read they are working out the bugs so the people who get the money from such things as bounties will not get banned, but if you get offered the money do not take it - treat it as real life - if you get offered a million £ from someone you don't know then it's most...
Unsure if this has been covered, probably has but ill say it anyway
DONT TAKE ANY MONEY.
rockstar are starting to crack down on people doing glitches, and they get put into a bad sport style lobby and stripped of all their money etc!
Problem is, if someone gets gifted the money they...
You are right mate it will increase air flow BUT the stock body flows plenty of air - it isn't a restriction as standard. The inlets restrict air, hence having them ported helps, but if you are looking for more power the best way is new camshafts, throttle bodies or the rs2 inlet manifold...
This. A decent map (circa 240bhp) turns them Into the car they should have been.
Obviously 12 years with VW means I've had the opportunity to drive many in different states of tune and while big power ones are fun, the standard bar a map versions drive like standard just with more power and...
Green wheels look nice with the white! i'd be tempted to do something similar
I really do want a DC2, one of the cars that i'd love to own but haven't had yet
Snow socks are very good.
As said they are not designed to work on tarmac, so when you start slipping, you stop, lay these out, drive on them, so them up and transverse the bad bit, then whip them off.
They should be used as a last resort type of thing, as they are messy when they come...
