Dan, it's literally a legend car, it's done everything we have thrown at it and bounced back for more lol.(oh and yes you have first refusal x) I was thinking: coil overs another set of wheels (need to try to find a set of 15 inch steels) maybe make up a roof rack as it already has the...

My Golf Tdi (cheap shed awesomeness)

Best cheap car ever. Bought this when I worked for VW. It was one of our Demo cars when it was new, then an elderly lady bought it on 5,800 miles and took it up to 122,000 miles where she then part exchanged it in for a new one, so I bought it. It has full history from VW dealers and...

    tyres for winter

Update! Ok, so I have had the Hankook's on for nearly a week, and have covered about 80 miles. Good points are they are not very noisy, and steering input is very nice for a tyres with a large side wall. The only point I am not sure on at the mo is pressure - my mate who fitted them...

    ph1/ph2 engine differences

Best thing to do is use the search function mate, there have been loads of threads on the subject, but as a rule the Ph1's do tend to produce a few more bhp than the ph2's in my experience (excluding the Cups, as the better matched inlets (plus maybe a better pic of engine) seem to give the cups...

    Paul Walker Sticker Fitted :D

I think what people are forgetting is it's one of the most memorable lines out of the movie, and if you ask anyone who said that line they would know who he was, so I would imagine that line was chosen because it will remind people of what he was - a good actor, and it's a bit tongue in cheek...

Ktec remap or off the shelf remap tce

Do a search on ketc and have a read mate. An off the shelf map will be a gineric map - so it will give you gains, but a custom map will get the best out of your particular engine as it will be custom to you - that includes drivability. B est thing to do is a search mate, this has been...

Serious face - No racism guys, we can all have a laugh and joke but lets keep it clean. On another note, seriously WTF is he trying to say? I managed about 3 lines out of that whole advert that I worked out - but that was only by re-arranging most of the words :S

    tyres for winter

FFS. Change of plan, every tyre supplier I tried did not have the Quatrac 3's in stock in my tyre size - even the ones listed as they did have them  So I had a choice of waiting 2-4 weeks, or choose another tyre, so I have decided to go with these...
