IMO the best you can get. Have had a set, and as said unless mapped very well they can be a little hisitant low down.
But power is fantastic, pulls well from low revs and are just awesome. Wish I could afford another set lol
Then it must be routed wrong to keep breaking mate, I've changed a few on mine but I normally get around 50k out of them before they feel notchy - they are quite fiddly to route right
Not financially viable mate.
The ph2 doesn't run an idle control valve as the tb does it, so to do it you would have to use a ph2 throttle pedal, inlet manifold, ecu and full engine wiring loom.
So I think it would be possible it would cost a great sum so it's really not worth it imo
AFR of 10.8 on idle was comical - WOT map is ok but the rest was rushed.
It is still over fuelling now, map needs plenty more work but as said I barely drive it atm (been out once for combe in the past month but not moved apart from that) but once my job situation is sorted I'll get it fully up...
Looks nice that! What engines in it?
All in the pipeline, just trying to sort the job situation out first mate (everything else has taken a back seat atm) but then it will be full steam ahead - there is alot I wanna do with it :)
:o <3
Lol!
I've not even cleaned inside yet, it's...
I know it's not yours lol - You took the photos, therefor you had seen the stickers on the car did on say CS and you did nothing about it, Therefor you are held responsable :rasp:
For a laugh pop on VW's website and do the configurator.
Standard Golf R - £38,770
Add metallic paint, Sat nav plus a few other bits and pieces and you go well past 43k :S
You can have a drive if I can get one in the hairdresser mobile? ;)
As said before, it's always going to be yours lol, I just have it on a long term loan that I paid up front for lol
Ooh pics? (This is Porsche black grey)
If they are a good price then do it mate, especially if it's a plug and play - fit them, try them and if they don't like it then sell them on.
IMO they look fine, but need more shots to be 100%
Thanks guys!
Need to do a lot of bits still, the engine bay is of big importance, I need to strip the bodies off and give everything a good clean - and obviously the bodywork needs a good clean and something on it for protection (I wish I knew more about cleaning/detailing :o )
