It all depends on what you want, if you want power then boost is a no brainer - I mean completely, as for the same money as itb's you will have at least 40bhp and 60 lb ft more. But if you want it quicker than it is, to sound really nice and generally behave like a standard car just more...

From ktec's website: Gains in power of +30BHp and increased torque of +15 lb/ft can be expected Thats about right for a stock engine. Cams are a personal choice but i'd be looking at Schricks or 421's for a decent (ie noticeable) gain

Welcome mate, yes if the old gasket is in good condition then you can re use it but it's always better to buy a new one - best thing is join up - its only 12quid and gives you a guide for pretty much all you will ever need :)
