just put it all back together and take it to a garage with an impact gun! will have it off with ease! have them crack them off and just dont tighten them up too much for the careful drive home!

Update 02/08/2012 Ok so ive not documented this very recently, built up all the track and subframe back on, with the exhaust manifold and radiator aswell looked very smart! this had the pollybushed arb bushes, and poverty spec non-pas rack! the plan was to build all the track back on...

holes in the airbox shouldnt make any difference to where it idles, is it a ph1 or ph2?? its more than likely a sensor that has gone if its idling funny.

the eibach sportlines springs are generally believed to give around 35-40mm whilst still retaining the handling set up.

the lenso BSX wheels come in et38 which would defs need spacers, i had them on my ph1 non-sport and theyre far too tucked, the et20 version you may be able to get away with, but you could still benifit from spaces, it really depends what kind of stance you want! streched tyres? also wrong...
