Hi mate, it will always have some oil as the engines breathers are connected to the inlet, so oil fumes and vapour will collect there

Yes, engines are uneconomical on idle

Good oil that id use it but I use Shell Helix ultra, only because I get it for £1.50 a ltr lol

Yes, though its more of an advantage when tied in with other modifications, so a decent filter and exhaust, matched inlets, with a remap would make a good difference to how the car drives and maybe 10extra bhp or so
