This isn't always the case, I've diagnosed and replaced injectors on these for people when the management light hasn't flashed.
The injectors should test out at around 14.5ohms as they are what is known as 'high impedance'.
I very much doubt this is the problem personally as the...
Looks amazing, I followed it on Eurosport but I will be doing my best to attend next year. Out of interest who and how to do you go about booking tickets and camping to this event?
Mine does this if you tap the thottle on over run when it's cold, as tomhunt85 said with regards the remap I've read and spoke to many owners that say that the RStuner software helps with cold run in the the fact it slightly raises cold idle iirc
Yeah tbh it sounds about normal, 197's and 200's are even worse. Have you checked the leads for any damage that could be letting any damp in?
How long does it tend to last a few minutes?

Something to pass the time ;)
Yeah I see where your coming from in terms of exhaust note, I could imagine it becoming quite tiresome and it doesn't replace the rasp of a nice N/A haha
i don't reckon you'd be a million miles behind with the ast's lol
Yeah I must admit my mates had the legs in terms of speed/acceleration as the Ibiza 1.8t is a lot more tuneable as we all know but on the twisties they'd all happily admit my 172 at the time won hands down.
A mate of mine still has one the same colour as your old one, Dave Martin from...
I'm a real fan of these, did me apprenticeship with Volvo when I left school so I've seen, worked on and driven plenty of these, even me old man has the v70 equivalent
