Mine does this alittle sometimes too, if you floor it and take it up to just before 6k, lift off, change sometimes the revs increase a little in between changes, but mines electronic throttle...
Your not alone, I stalled the Ph-Q I test drove too, agree with the others though the cable throttle didn't feel alot more direct and connected than the fbw.
I haven't got a trip computer, but I filled it up with normal Shell, 3 weeks ago and the fuel light has just come on at 400 miles. That included a blast to coventry and back to collect my girlfriend who I hadn't seen for 3 weeks. Was doing over 5k in 5th most of the way.

Good vid and top driving as ever Mark, I think that Focus was running as rough as a badgers arse though, all that smoke it was kicking out.
