    Lol the new update is the trip back up to RS tuning, and the 0-60 readout as above :) I have also carried out a few more small modifications, which I will post up pictures of when I get home later I will post up the graphs later when im home also :)

    I thought mine was quite quiet lol Good exhausts, but thin welding, I cracked 3 of them and my last one is still in my garage lol Yozzasport all the way, Iv spent years messing about with different exhausts, wish Id just bought a Yozza in the first place

    even when letting off it should have been over 200 easy! 10 second cars do over 140 past the line, I know the fireforce lads shut off before crossing the line but its faster than 170...

    There shouldnt be any side to side movment on a new t/b, its on old ones it wears, and thats where the problem lies. Keep ttrying your method, I hope it works for you, but with 4 different t/b's I had at once a while back, I tried moving the circlip like you, and I tried it over 1000 miles on...

    Oh most probably mate, but to be honest ,for a 130k+ Clio, with just the bodies, and still with a cataylst in, if that was accurate id be over the moon! Iv just used to for a real life impression of if any mods have done any good or not. It was more to show the improvement that itb's can do...

    Its possible to get amazing mpg from almost any car, you need to know how to drive it very economically. My Clio gets used very hard, but its nice to know if needs be I can run it along gently and still get a genuine 40mpg if needed.

    Agreed,thats why i manually work mine out. VAG is usually with in 1 mpg or so, with care iv got 66 mpg out of a 2.0 TDi mk5 Golf

    No, I said the side by side movement doesnt help and is part of the sticking, as the butterfly sticks, but the reason why it sticks is because of crap getting stuck down the spindle shaft in the t/b itself, moving that circlip is not solving the problem, just another temporary fix, I know this...

    I know, but the Gtec only reads 0-60 and 1/4 mile mate. It was to show what the itb's have done, which is knocked a second off my 0-60 time

    The middle one looks most cat 'ish', though it may have a pre cat under the manifold. I wouldnt cut one out no mate, get a different exhaust if you want it louder, exhausts are made to produce certain back pressure, and cutting a box out will alter it
