the OB can be fun, if you want to test the top speed legally, yes its not always safe, but it is fun going fast, i prefere track days, but i loved driving on the OB when i was last over in Germany
Update
Well after a day at Kemble, we have another job to do on the old girl
Using racelogic equipment Stu tested out the TT's 0-60 time.
The first two runs he managed 0-60 in:
4.8 secs
Then 4.7 secs
And while chasing a 4.5 sec 0-60, Stu had a bit of a booboo on the 3rd run...
i dont even go that high, the vvc v-tec y0 kicks in then and every time i did that the world went blurry, and i had danger to my manifold then the floor pan fell out , FACT
in my opinion i think it will not be leads, as the lead would break up more than just causing that, i would say the map is a big problem, could alo be ICV, mine was
Easy to do whatever suspension set up you have, though you might not always notice it, you can feel the rear wheel hit the ground if its a quick fast lift, but you cant always feel it, all depends on road, etc
This is a small lift from me,it did raise more apparently, if i had turned tighter...
ha lol, im quite impressed with mine, 141 @ the wheels and 172. @ fly on average, and still pulls like a train, and the interior still hasnt starting rattling, im worried......
they do NOT need to work if you have them, this is a myth mate
I work for a main dealer and help with our MOt's, in fact my old 3 series passed, with both front fogs in, but not wired in!
Seriously, if he fails it then complain to VOSA, or simply take it somewhere else
the only thing he...
what about upping the fuel to compensate mate? or does your dads car do this automatically?
i dont think he would be very happy if it runs leans and blows
Thats cool fella, just interested in if any testing needs doing :)
mine feels plenty strong enough to take F/IA, though i dont have the money to do so lol
its not that, the numbers mean different temp ratings, a 5 w40 is what Renault say it should have, and to be honest mate the cost of oil ( 5 ltrs will be about £45) really isnt much and it will last you 10k till your next oil change, so £45 for 10,000 miles is still pretty good ;)
