I think what he is getting at matey is just boring them out to a larger size isn't the best thing to do, you want to match all holes to the size of the holes in the gaskets, any bigger and the gaskets wont seal Its also more of getting the mani holes to the same size, making them bigger will...

Yeah i was running G/year F1's matey, im not sure if i want to go to a harder set up or stickier tyres as i love how it handles at the mo, you can really throw it about and have some fun :) Agreed about the traffic, i couldn't get a clean lap at all The willy looked cracking going round too :)

no mate they are seperate, first thing id do is try a door lock in it. In fact a quick fix is get the door open and give it a bloody hard slam lol, seems to fix it temp, though id definately try another lock matey

Does the boot still unlock mate? if the boot does then id say the problem with the passenger door lock

id say the door lock needs replacing mate, i have one spare if you need/wanna try it
