Resistor pack $$$$$ from renault.... really simple to change... 2 min job... only a torx driver needed... and a flat headed screwdriver...
If you need one get hold of me and i might be able to sort you out...
thanks
josh
the stock one looks very close..... as in for the other clio's.... but the holes are bigger and the stump part on top of the ball looks a little longer...
ive got a feeling that all the mk1 ph1's have the same pattern on all cars... as on my ph quick theyre a very uniform shape not like later ones which are not really uniform... can anyone get me a picture of the locking nuts on the ph1? as ive not got the key to this one ive just bought in...
is there anywhere i get get a ball joint for a ph quick... according to renault its only available with the lower arm, is this correct? just over 50 quid plus vat.. motorfactors don't list it...
thanks
josh
lol.... every 2 mins i was saying that to my mate... wish i had got airtools.... zzzzzzzppp and it would be done with.... definitely my next investment seeing as i do it full time pretty much..
managed to do it... breaker bar with a 1.5 metre pole on the end... the above looks like my garage lol... same colour worn out floor... incidently.. the car is also a flame ph quick..

they can still chop off the rear quarters and roof... just have to send off pics of a large section with chassis number intact... to show its not been returned to the road.. or in the case of a bike... they must show the headstock chopped off.... showing the chassis number,,
can't for the life of me get the driveshaft nut off... its much smaller and deeper than the ph2 one.... got a breaker bar on it and its not moving a bit.... ive put tons of wd40 on it.... got the blowtorch on it... fresh out of ideas???
nothing to do with them going brittle... its that they don't click in properly due to becoming stiff becuase of lack of lubrication...... and when they don't close properly and they 'half pop' the safety hook isn't adequate...
by renault lubricating and cleaning it up it will certainly lower...
looks really good i reckon..... and i would say it was phish if i thought it was... stitching is not much on view anyway... looks really good..
is is the same marerial from factory then?
tesco are funny about it...
cat C and D cars can prove good value.. there is a williams thats CAT C on a salvage site at the moment... Cat C. Looks like someone has reversed into it and just managed to dent the bonnet in.... but becomes cat C due to its relative value and age... so when...
only if fitted from the factory... using the proper 172/182 headlamps it will pass an MOT... they fail if using headlamps that are not designed for xenons...
