Whilst naming and shaming isnt the answer, it hopefully stops new owners going to the "wrong garages" And pushes the work to the good ones, BTM, Danny, Birchdown ect

Try and find one an enthusiast has owned and hopefully they will have done all the preventive maintenance! not just basic servicing. Also worth getting inspected, Birchdown autos aren't that far from you (only decent specialist up here) if you can get one that has had belt change by reputable...
