I love the Domkes. The F6 is next on my shopping list. I love the low profile of it.
You would need to do some chopping to get the 70-200 in there on the camera though.
Some nice specs but there are rumors about a 5D MkII every week. I am happy I got the 40D as there is no way in hell I could justify paying that much on a camera especially as it is scarily close to the 1D.....
I have one folder that I use to import all pics from the camera... once a month or so, I sort them out into the valid folders and stick them in the "Album" folders.
Lightroom is nice for tracking which camera, lens. focal length you have used but I almost prefer Canons own Photozoom for...
Nice pics & camera. I had mine for three weeks before it died and it is now in a box on its way back to Canon.
The 10-22 is definitely next on my shopping list. :D
I thought that there was a patch for CS2 for the raw files too though.

It seems quite good TBH and is a bit like an online version of Lightroom with a few PS features added.

After some googling it turns out that the 40D has done this to quite a few people so Canon will be getting mine back.
I hope I get my...
Just picked up the 30 f1.4. Saved myself 150 Euros by buying a 3 month old/ never used second lens! *goes off to find more bargains*
Have not had a fast lens since my old 50mm 1.8 on my old Minolta film SLR and completely forgot how nice it is to get fast shutter speeds without needing a...
It is addictive though. I have just found a second hand 30mm f1.4 for a bargain price, with 10 months guarantee still on it...... I was planning on sitting this month out but this is too good to miss! :D
Agreed of course. Most consumers think along the lines of megapixels being the be all and end all of cameras. They overlook other factors like size and quality believing that the higher the MP count, the better the camera.
There are plenty of other factors to take into consideration, glass...
It is the size of the sensors in an SLR that make the quality of the picture as much as anything.
3 MP Camera phone = Tiny sensor
3 MP Point and shoot = Small sensor
4MP Canon 1D SLR = Heeeuge sensor... that can take better quality pics than most point and shoots, regardless of their...
