If it is working for you and dissoving the tar, it will be safer than claying yes. Only problem with tar removers as they dissolve and remove the tar, they also remove the waxes and sealants!

Not tried the Sonus polishes, but have not found a finishing polish that can surpass the looks that Menzerna Final Finish does.

The clay to remove Tar is what is dangerous.
