Peanut butter can be used to clean polish wax marks of plastic trim not to dress it. I like AG Vinyl and Rubber on smooth trim mainly and also works on textured trim as it is quicker and easier to apply, not any where near as durable as the Bumper Care Gel though.

I had one on my old 309 Goodwood GTi a few years ago (fitted by a previous owner) made no difference to insurance and needed a yearly subs. I would not want my car back if it was pinched so would not bother.

I would look at some Carlack Scratch Removal Paste, or Megs Scratch X or even the original Formula Menzerna Intensive Polish if working by hand rather the G3 to further improve on what you have done. Hope you get it sorted.

What machine ? Will be fine as long as it is not to cold, takes and age to work by random orbital when it is. Most of the issues arise with it when using a rotary.

Try some Meguiars Scratch X as a first port of call.

Depends how deep they are as to if any polishing will help. Does a finger nail catch on the damage ?

Another vote for the Autoglym Tar Remover, it is a safer option than shearing it off using clay which can cause scratches.

Even with 4 layers you will be lucky to see more than about a month at this time of year if it is kept outside.

Should be fine to remove wet sanding marks.

Uses a glue gun to hatch a small puller to the panel to remove the dent without getting behind it, ideal for double skinned areas etc. The glue is then removed with a special release agent.
