Nope the 4k kick is nothing with VVT engine goes to a closed loop and the cam gets more efficnet due to the way it all is but its not desinged to be a chnage over point for economy vs power etc. VVt is on at 1.6 off at 6.5k so long as the oils to temp and under the right pressure settings.

Nothing wrong with the F7R engine though for the cost often you can have a quicker F7R than tunned F4R costs to fit.

You just said you need to spend £4k to make the get to 250~300hp don't need to spent that much on a C20 Let to that power.

Cannot remmebr if its got a heat shiled but there only two things on the box the reversing light and the speedo sensor the speedo is the one at the back near the rear engine mount under the car.

There not that much £9 I think. I bet the ball has fallen out of yours is a common problem you can just pull the ball out the new one and stick it in the old one thats the easy option or else you have to realy remove the wheole fornt bumper to swop the units. Best off superglueing the ball...

There a sensor on the back of the gearbox check its not loose or the wiring loose that what it will be.

The only worthwhile in the sligthes are the top front one and only then if there good and solid boled/welded to the shell and also you realy have other money spent on suspension.
