    Depends what exactly is gone might be top moutn might be bottom ball joint might be leaky shock. Not that much though realy regardless.

    I'm assuming you don't own a cup if so then the tensioner is done altomaticall the tensioer for the aux belt is £80 or so it is just checked though when the AUX belt is changed. If you have a 172 Cup it might be they have set the belt to tight. Does the garage know how to do then cambelt...

    Is this on a Clio? If so check the pollent filter its got disloged or bunged up etc.

    Colour?? They have bands round them so you can tell if there the right resistance. Nope not blow up.

    Changing the clutch

    172 and 182 are much the same. Changing the clutch is just like the rest of the Clios get a haynes manul. 7.1 hours officialy to chnage a clutch. You can do the clutch but its a pain without a garage ramps etc. even then its annoying.

    Nope need to get it plugged into a Renault clip see if any fault has been logged.

    I think the redesigned sensor has a thrird output whcih is a signal protection line.

    No idea what the offical name of it is but I've got a rear parcel shelf which has a thick piece of board glued and screwed to it and holes for two 6x9 speakers cut in it. Best offers.

    The new one has an extra wire on it you need the new loom and sensor £50 for the two bits.

    It would have been boring for them to have made it dead easy though. Still Vauxhall V6 is another fun lump to do plugs on.
