Jsut replace the drums there cheap and for the risk just do it. Sounds like the drums etc need a good clean though to stop them stcking also check the shoes are ain a good condition as they can fail a lot.

Go to Renault see what price they are theyre not much. Vauxhall also keep them in stock as there used in there vans. Easy to change just unplug the wire on then and undo them with a spanner do them back up to about 15NM I think.
