After some ideas/recomendations.
I don't do cleaning so I'm lost.
Parents are picking up there new car (none scotch guarded) soon so need to know what recomendations to do to the car

You can but realy to be true you should use the correct RS suframe which is strengthened slightly although the same size and shape etc. (just as you said missing the holes for the 4th mount).
The Renault 21 TXI (2.0 liter) model used those disks

Personaly I'd get brakcets made up so you can use the 280mm disk as there much easier to get hold of.
10-40 or 5-40 is what you want in the UK.
Timing belt offical under Renault rules ever 72k/5years whatevers sooner I'd never leave it more than 60k and 4 years though.
I'm not sure what the stock authentic wheels are unfortunatly. Clio wheels are all interchangable (V6 excepted) just got...
The Mk1 are the Williams etc the Mk2's are the 98 onwards cars the Mk3 are the 2006 cars onwards.

You can just get springs I'd always change the dampers etc for decinet stuff which IMO is FK coilovers at the cheapest for £420 or so.

There cliped and riveted on from new.
Although they cna be bonded on depends if the've been refited later etc by a body shop.
There is a Renault clips kit to fit them though.
