You want some whels with a PCD of 100 x4 and a center bore of 60.1mm. Some cars have them some hve smaller bores you need to check.

Get your intake rewrorked before cams etc. Angelworks or GDi or Yozzasport will be able to supply exchange oens I belive. Each supplier sells his or her own preferences ie Yozzasport prefers Shrink I belive so personaly ask about.

Take it to a dealer and ask them to look. Personaly might be down to you rarther than the car as I've question how those problems could exists as some are engine and others are clutch isues.

Did you leave the warning lights a few second to go off? they don't like straight turning of the key.

No way those figures for Hp and torque are right with just head and cams.

CUp an easy job 15 minutes or so. The belts are about £12 Full fat official time includes for removal for the headlight and front bumper and is 2.7 hours it can be done quicker though.

£50 for the key £12 for the metal bit and about 30 minutes to program.

Only the TDi 160 and not all 160 have those calipers.
