Undo the bolts which hold the rear shocks in place to the rear suspension under the car and the rear drops. If it doesn't giver it a bit of a push and it will go down.

Renault don't remecomend that 5-40 is bette as its more vischious at low temsp but unless temsp drop below -20 degress then 10-40 is fine for use under Renault rules.

Ay fully synthetic 10-40. Depends what you want there Motul or Millers but its pricy and a bit excessive for most people best just change the oil more then spend a fortune unless you do rack days etc IMO.
