Weight ins't huge 50kg at most I'd recon.
Power wise well the compressor turns off at high rpm etc and full throttle so you don't loosethere bar the extra rotating mass.
Get a crane its easier that was realy I assumed you had some sort of lift.
Subframe well you drop the engine onto it well there not that strong and bent ones are a bugger as there expensive so why wisk it for a few minutes work plus its out the way then.
Nar as said its heavy the car that way.
If your doing both at once engine out I'd say its much easier plus as you said can clean up etc.
I assume you've the right tools though to do the job?
Aux belt should be done without question. You have to as you know remove it to do the cambelt and it should never be resused.

Don't go bending the subframe though idealy remove that first then lower the engine.

Yep it will.
60mm though is difficult to argue though mine was supposidly 60 on coilover it was lower than an springs only car but in real life it was only 40mm lower at the front and 60 at the back.
I've had it with Spax stuff.
Shows that you need to spend a lot of money to get decient dampers. Renault stuff dirct cheap for the superb quality.

Lifespans difficult to say can be 10k can be 300k.

Stock are more than anyone realy needs for road use if correctly maintainced. I never see the point if your happy with stock upgrading and stock are fine.
Rear disks are expensive unless you need to change them I'd leave them.
Yozasport will be about the cheapest brake supplier for simplicity.
