You've switched them off by accident by the sounds.
Stick the keys in the iginition turn to postion two then turn the light on and off on the stalk twice quikcly the car will beeb at you tke the keys out and its fixing back to normal.
If you have no warently to fall back on then 60k and 4 year at most IMO they fail to a higher frequency after about this point why risk leaving till 72k/5 years as noone going to pay up at Renault just becasue you tested there warently which is now invalid anyway.
When you say tunred off the ignitiion do you mean with the keys still turned in the barrel but engine just off?
Surly the easy wasy to check it uplug the bits you've plugged in?

Can be done engine and box still in the car 7 hour job though its a right paian if you want cambeltt doing best take engine/box out though for ease.
£300 or so from one of the clutch specilaist places cash in hand make sure you use a proper Renault...
Phase 1 mount is different but the same issue exists with wear.
It has benefits less engine movment etc but the loads have to be put somewhere and as seen this affects other more expensive part. If the mounts could have ben made stronger easily do you think Renault would have left the week...
the bolds im getting done, how hard is it to remove the air con?
new alternater and braket? etc?
Use the Cup setup remove the air con compressor and the condenor also to do the job right I'd change the whole heather matric setup for a one air con as I like stuff done right then again...

I'm intergued what spec its running auto lights etc are lost on the Cup wiring so whats he using?
COuld have mentioned the PAS rack as wel.
He say he wants jobs done right then gets drilled disks? Also Spax suspension hum my views on this is well known I would say...

You need a new sump washer 1p at renault and new gearbox oil realy so £20~50 depends what stuff you get.

Nice spec is 240hp plus though best nice spec is bottom end being properly done.
Mods I'd do well cams and headwork ballanced bottom end ligthened pistons.
refurb the gearbox might as well
new clutch
new mounts
clean all the bits
New camshaft seals infact all new enigne seals...
